About Tallow

Tallow is fat rendered from beef and sometimes mutton, it is very similar to lard. It’s solid at room temperature but once heated melts into a liquid form. It has a dry waxy texture.

Although it has a dry texture it is great for your skin? It’s contains fatty acids that help form the lipids that protect and moisturize skin and can be applied topically.
